Otherwise, Escobar, in Brussels on Wednesday, met with Kosovo Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislimi and with the head of the Kosovo office in Serbia's government, Petar Petkoviq.

Escobar, who is at the same time sent by the US State Department for the Western Balkans, said he is supporting the European Union's efforts to find a solution to the situation created in northern Kosovo.
