Kosovo police are continuing their activities in the implementation of the government's recent decision, for general and specific measures for control, prevention and fighting of Pandemia COVID-19.

The Ferizaj Regional Police Directorate reports that in the last 24 hours, in addition to 70 police remarks, police have imposed 469 fines on citizens who have not respected the measures as in the decision.

But what are the acts of fines under the Law? No.07/L-006, for the prevention and fighting of COVID-19:

24.2 The engine director, who does not respect the Competent Organization's decision to restrict the circulation of citizens and vehicles according to specific timetable, is fined by two hundred (,200) euros.

According to this article, four fines have been pronounced.
24.3 The physical person who does not respect the Compent Organization's decision to limit the circulation of citizens and vehicles on schedule is fined two hundred (20) euros.
According to this article, 18 fines have been pronounced.
24.4 The legal person who does not comply with the Competent Organization's decision to create conditions and keep the distance set in the spaces in which they are responsible is fined five hundred (500) euros, while the person responsible for the legal person is fined two hundred (,200) euros.
According to this article, 51 fines have been pronounced.
24.5 The physical person who does not respect the Competent guild's decision to wear a mask is sentenced to a fine of thirty-five euros.
According to this article, 395 fines have been pronounced
25.2 The physical person who organises public and non-public activities prohibited by the decision of the competent body is sentenced to a fine of two hundred (,200) euros and stopping activity.
According to this article, a fine has been imposed.
These measures are largely being respected by the majority of citizens, whom we thank, but they have also encountered people who have ignored the same measures, and the police have been obliged to pronounce fines against them”, said Ferizaj police report.
The Regional Director of Police in Ferizaj will continue with such activities in the coming days, in preventing and respecting the anti-Convid-19 measures, according to the recent decision of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo.
We prefer citizens and owners of locals to respect the initial legal measures in order to maintain their health and public health”, it is said further in the report sent to the media.
Meanwhile, the Ferizaj Regional Police Directorate invites citizens to cooperate with the police and if they have information that individuals, or certain countries do not respect the Anti-Cavid-19, immediately inform the police, the nearest station, or through the digital app {Layro Police and in quantum numbers: 192,0290/262650 & 0290/32-406, and police will take all necessary measures, according to the AntiCavid-19 law.
