In this case, Mayor Imri Ahmeti has thanked all the actors who have selected the Lipjan municipality to implement this project in order to advance administrative procedures at the municipal level where citizens and businesses have more frequent interactions.
Chairman Ahmeti has also stressed that the electronic registry provides detailed information on all procedures issued by municipalities (such as tariffs, required documentation, legal deadlines, etc., also published on platform “kosova”, where I thank A SHI for the inclusion of the Lipjan municipality in this state portal for providing information and online services to Kosovo citizens and businesses.
On the other hand, Kosovo Director IFC Wisar Perani and ASHI Director General in Kosovo Cameron Gashi have thanked President Imri Ahmeti for the readiness to implement this project where businesses and Lipjan citizens will receive all information about online procedures, download application forms, and thus save their precious time.
Before publishing the electronic registry, the Lipjan municipality, along with the International Finance Corporation (IFC) part of the World Bank Group through “Investment Club in Kosovo”, the Project which is funded by the Swiss government has worked together to undertake reforms to improve all administrative procedures issued by municipalities dealing with businesses and citizens. The municipality has simplified about 1/2 of its administrative procedures, leading to savings (money and time) for businesses and citizens for about 250,000 euros annually.
