Mytrovica lawyer, Armend Shkoza, has commented on yesterday's developments at the Jarinje point from the legal level, placing emphasis on a criminal offence committed yesterday.
Lawyer Shkoza said that Minister Rakic had to be arrested yesterday for committing the criminal offence of the attack against the constitutional order of the Republic of Kosovo, seen in Article 121 of the Criminal Code, writes Eja Zeja.
We stress that the XIV head of the Kosovo Criminal Code speaks of criminal acts against the constitutional order and security of the Republic of Kosovo. While Article 121 predicts that anyone who stumbles (in this case prime minister) in the exercise of official duties or actions is sentenced to jail terms of between 3 and 10 years.
Full mail from the Shkoza lawyer:
With the post-state winding up, Rakiqi was wanted to be arrested because of the criminal offence of the attack against the constitutional order of the Republic of Kosovo by Article 121 of the Penal Code. The same is true of today's actions as the three forms of this criminal act, one general and two qualified.
Legal is like war shit. The hand breaks, but the shit won't go off. No millimeters dare to turn back. And if we come back, the situation will be ten times worse than before legal measures are implemented. ”
