The Constitutional Court in Pristina has banned Dr Bekim Ademi from approaching the University Clinical Centre after the arrest allegedly opened up false stories about former Klokoti mayor in order to enable him to avoid trial, his lawyer, Metom Kreveshi, has announced.
According to Kreveshi, the Foundation has decided not to allow Adam to approach the object and the designated persons. According to him, there is no obstacle for Ademi, however, to continue offering services outside the QKUK facility.
Dr. Adam may be able to continue serving patients in the SQUK facility by making the case quite white. So far, the prosecution of the case has been quick by both the Special Prosecutor and the Special Department of the Foundation Court in Pristina”, Kreveshi has announced on Facebook.
Ademi was arrested Thursday under suspicion of “misusing official position or authority”.
