“I think the whole debate runs dry in three different prospects: State, the one with dialogue and election perspective. From the state perspective, is this decision fair? “The second perspective many observers have raised is the dialogue report. This move to establish this reciprocity may have on dialogue dynamics. It has to delay the process of dialogue, which has been dragging on overextinction. We have no return to Brussels, which has not produced anything, have not achieved the status-quoʹs” process, the university professor added further.
