Latif: What can be expected of the Gervala staff when they cannot verify an official post

Political philosophy professor and the connoisseur of developments in the country and the region, Blerim Latifi, has reacted after the Kosovo Foreign Ministry's turnover defeat run by Donika Grovalla. Latifi says that it can be called human error if one is mistaken but adds that in the case of the dictatorship running the Gervala can be said [...]
According to Latif, the MPJ's successive mistakes are indications that the staff working in the Gervala office are lazy who try to verify an official post.
He says that if it is wrong in such simple posts, what can be expected of the same when facing more complicated issues.
Kosovo Foreign Minister “has again confused state flags in a post to the letter. If a mistake of this nature occurs once, it may somehow be justified in the anthropological fact that man is a wrong person. But if such mistakes are repeated over and over again, then we are dealing with another fact -- namely, the fact that the Kosovo Minister of Foreign Affairs's office is at the mercy of a staff that does not take the jobs paid seriously. Now if you have a ministry that's at the mercy of the people waiting for an official post to verficiate, you can guess what results can be expected from it on more complicated issues. Corruption is not just the basic problem of our state institutions. Such is the culture of inexprovation of things, the culture of performing tasks on foot and on the cheek. Improvization is actually the form of corruption. One of its worst forms, called moral corruption”, has even written Latifi.
Today MPJ has confused Andorra's flag with Moldova's. Huqje Grovall had done so long ago when he had a meeting with Stoltenberg, confusing NATO's flag with that of the UN.
