During the handling of the case, police investigators have found that the owner of the M.S. lab, 1971 birth year, Kosovo citizens, had paid a fine and the competent body had only been allowed to launch the laboratory for renovation and continue administrative procedures for licensing.
Today, in 07.09.2021, police investigators, along with health inspectors, have provided information that M.S., had again begun conducting tests in the laboratory with suspended and unremitted (biocimists), including tests for Rapid-Sars COV-2. She, the samples, she sent them for analysis at another lab in Pec. Inspectors have compiled data on the findings and then closed the suspect's lab. Also, the police and inspectors have inspected the other lab where the samples for testing were sent, and here they've been found.
Police investigators have interviewed the suspect in the presence of the defence attorney, and after consulting with PTH PEP prosecutor, the initial cases of illegal fraud of medical or pharmaceutical activity are continued to be addressed in regular procedure.
Kosovo police, except that they will be involved in lunch activities in realising the institutions' measures against prevention of spreading pandemic, police will continue to investigate and deal with any cases of public health risks by offering illegal medical and pharmaceutical services.
