Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti has been talking about today's meeting with QUINTï ambassadors, who came after tensions in the north that were sparked by the Kosovo government's decision on the measures of reciprocity for license, writes Metro newspaper. By means of a Twitter text, Kurti said the same decision [...]
By means of a tweet, Kurti's decision has said that the same is neither provocation nor discrimination, but according to him is a mutual measure.
He said either plates should be removed from both sides or held by both sides.
This is a provocation, not discrimination. It is a mutual measure, both Kosovo and Serbia are both wrong and right. Either we keep the plates of both states, or we take them both out. Freedom of movement is fair and will not be violated by Kosovo”, he wrote.
Kurti also said that at the meeting, the QUINT ambassadors have informed them that no incidents have been recorded after the decision and that police are in the north to maintain order and peace.
We met with QUINT ambassadors for yesterday's decision to license plates entering Kosovo. I informed them that even the incident didn't happen and that the police are there to maintain order and quiet”, Kurti wrote.
