Government cabinet members have been seen within a closed space, at a bar in Prizren's Bashdahanje neighbourhood.
Based on the new rules imposed by the government, staying in closed spaces for each citizen is prohibited, writes Insander.
The rules are expected to vary from September 27th. By Monday, all those who enter the cafe have to get a vaccine, or a negative test, or they won't be allowed in.
