Kurti said he has not fully followed Vuciqi's statement, but said he has noticed resentment and bitterness that does not stop the exiting of the situation, reports the Express newspaper.
I have not fully followed the Serbian president's statement. The reminders for our actions are not very fair. An angry, bitter hole that does not contribute to the despass. I don't know what Serbia's measures towards Kosovo are talking about, but I believe Kosovo and Serbia should build good neighbourly relations based on common interests, as well as on European values”, Kurti said.
He later expressed regret over citizens forced to be equipped with temporary RKS license plates.
Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq, has addressed the Serbian public yesterday after the National Security Council meeting in Belgrade. Vuciq said Serbia requires the withdrawal of all troops standing in northern Kosovo, as well as an urgent response from the EU to the situation. He also said he had received a proposal for resolving the situation at the border points in Jarinje and Brnjak yesterday, but that he rejected that proposal, calling it humiliating for Serbia.
