Kosovo Statistics Agency (ASK) has indicated that Kosovo had mostly visitors from Albania, Germany and Switzerland in the second three months of 2021
In the KSF's announcement where hotel statistics in Kosovo were published for the second quarter, the number of local and foreign visitors was 60 thousand and 884, of which 36.22 per cent are locals and 63.78% are external, while the number of net stays is 94,148, of them 36.68% from locals and 63.32% from foreigners.
The largest number of visitors and their net stays has Pristina region with 22 340 visitors and 35 403 net stays. The largest number of foreign visitors focuses on Pristina, Prizren, Pec, and so on. As for foreign visitors, the largest number was from Albania, Germany, Switzerland, etc.”.
This publication has also been attributed to a special appendix, containing data from the Kosovo Police, concerning the number of foreign visitors along border crossings during 2017, 2020”, reported in the statement.
