In this way the two countries will have two such points, including those of Morina.
It's the Scyshtaveci customs point from today's day it will be possible to be useless to any citizen. So far this border point has only been available to residents of surrounding areas with special permission.
The dot is called Krusevo (Dragash) on the Kosovo side of Shishtavec (Kukes) for the Albanian side.
The agreement between the two states was signed and from Kosovo on 9 June this year.
