KFOR spokesman Antonio Minutela has said the mission NATO is continuing its activity in line with its UN mandate.

Otherwise, since the early morning hours of today, at Kosovo's borders with Serbia, Kosovo Police have started applying the deployment of temporary license plates RKSU for cars with license plates from Serbia.
This following the Kosovo government's decision to apply reciprocity with Serbia for pro-profit plates.
As a result in the country's north, during Monday morning, the presence of the Kosovo Police and also of KFOR members has increased. As Serbian car drivers with their own state signs have protested the deployment of the RKS testing signs so they are allowed access to Kosovo territory.
Presidents of the Serbian List have joined the protesters, while the media in Belgrade have reported that President Alexander Vuciq has called emergency meetings of the National Security Council.
On the other hand, the EU has called for Kosovo and Serbia to avoid tensions in northern Kosovo.
