Judgment on VV MP: An e-mail featuring Myta Haskuka complaining to Albin Kurti for a minister

The six accused are charged with misusing the official position, exceeding their competencies in the case of ruining the annex of “Abi Charshia” in Prizren, where the damage caused is 69 thousand e729 euros, reports “The Justice Voctium”.

Through that e-mail, Haskuka complains to the prime minister that his minister did not cancel the decision as Islamic Thaqi's director had asked for. This decision had forced the accused to refrain from any breakdown of anals object of “Abi Charshia” and respect the law for legalisation.

In the end, the defender of the accused Islam Thaqi, lawyer Blerim Mazrek, took time to analyse these evidence and then plead for the regularity and credibility of these evidence.

Court Speaker Kymete Kicaj approved the defense request Blerim Mazreku.

Otherwise, the Constitutional Prosecutor in Prizren, on December 20, 2019, has filed an indictment against Islam Thaqi, Jetmire Venice, Egzon Morina-Thaqi, Arian Taraku and Is Bislimaj, who is tasking him with the criminal work “the misuse of official position or authority”.

The indictment states that on 19 July and 21 July 2019 in Prizren, in the “Abi Charshia”, accused Islam Thaqi, in the quality of the Inspector's director, Jetmir Verezi, and Ezegona Morina Thaqi, construction inspectors Arian Taraku and Isë Bislimaj, officials at the Directorate of Inspectorate, Albanian Krasniqi, legal representative in Prizren's municipality, exploiting office or official authority, exceeded their competencies with the intent to cause damage to <2x>Ox> KPS in Prizren.

According to the indictment, the accused commit to the collapse of the “Abi Charshia” annexing the annex, knowing that the injured has submitted the application for legalisation.

The prosecution claims that the same have acted contrary to the Law on Treating Without Permission Construction, With Administrative Guide No.06/19, with the Law on General Administration, as well as decisions by the Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning, No. A-213/18 and A-179/19, with which the Communist Construction Inspectorate Directorate decisions in Prizren were cancelled.

According to the prosecution, these decisions force municipal bodies in Prizren to act on the Law to treat illegal construction, as well as administrative guidelines in force, so according to the indictment, the accused by ignoring these decisions act contrary to the laws in force.

The damage allegedly caused to “Abi Charshia”, with the collapse of the complaint in question, is worth 69 thousand and 729 euros.

With these actions, all of the accused are charged with committing criminal work “the misuse of official position or authority”, from Article 414 paragraph 2-1 concerning Article 31 of the Penal Code, the work with which the chief is fined and sentenced to prison of three to ten years. /Betimy for Justice
