On show “Good Morning British”, journalist challenged Suhail Shaheen's claims, who said there will be no retaliation for American collaborators.

But Sussana Reid quoted a UN report suggesting that the Taliban have a list of individual names throughout Afghanistan threatening to arrest and kill.

A former government spokesman was killed by Taliban several weeks ago. It has also been confirmed that the Taliban killed two senior police officials. Isn't revenge against those who have collaborated with the government or with Western forces”, the journalist asked.

But the Taliban spokesman dismissed these accusations, saying their policy is not revenge.

We have granted general amnesty to all those working with foreign forces. And there is no list of what appears in the media”, he said.

Suhail Saheen also claimed that Taliban would not prevent Afghans who want to leave the country, but urged them to stay in Afghanistan to rebuild the nation.
