Autos that do not possess license plates “RKS”, temporary license plates set.
With the Brussels Free Movement Agreement, which was reached in July 2011 in technical dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia, it was set that all owners of cars living in Kosovo should use RKS (Republiment of Kosovo) plates and thus remove the license plates Kosovo Serbs used by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Serbia.
The same measure is expected to be implemented at other border points.
On the other hand, Serbs have blocked the road with trucks as an expression of discontent with reciprocity's move for license plates.
