“at Slovenia's Black Strategic Forum had a fruitful discussion with my friend Miroslav Lajcak. We exchanged ideas on developments in the Western Balkans and attitudes for the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, which should have other than mutual recognition”, Hoxhaj wrote.
