As for recent actions, Kosovo is fully in its right.

But the newly created situation should not be allowed to bring us back into processes that we have overcome in co-ordination with our partners, but always in the function of strengthening and consolidating Kosovo's citizenship.

KFOR should not take over the competencies of the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo. KFOR cannot replace the Kosovo police.

Dialogue should not degrade on technical issues, but should be kept on the political level with the sole aim of reaching the final agreement for mutual recognition and normalisation of relations between the two states. Only the final agreement resolves open issues between the two countries.
