On the agenda are the unfinished points from the plenary session held on 16, 19, 21, 28 July and August 6, 2021:
The bill to ratify the international investment agreement amandation vote with the European Investment Bank (BEI) for financing the Project for rehabilitation of railway line 10,
The bill for ratification of the Co-operation Agreement between the Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation and the Austrian Development Agency for the implementation of the “Hulum project and the sciences applied in higher education + (HERAS+) (a reference number 8116-00-2020) ”,
The Commission for Agriculture's application to change the appointment of this commission.
On the agenda will also be the unfinished point from the August 12th 2021 plenary session vote of the annual Kosovo Memorial Management Agency for 2020.
The agenda will also be the preparation for the plenary session, the first review of the Foreign Citizens' Property Rights Bill in Kosovo, the first review of the Bill for the Agency for Prevention of Corruption, and the formation of the ad hoc commission for selecting candidates for eight members from the Albanian community, and a member of the Serb community at the RTK Board.
While the end point of the agenda will be to review proposals and requirements.
Otherwise, the Kosovo Assembly closed works for the spring session on 12 August.
