The ZPS said that all mentioned within material packages are protected material.
All mentioned within material packages are particularly protected material mentioned in paragraph 37, the confirmation decision. As I said yesterday, everything the defense said yesterday confirmed that they're aware that the materials that have been delivered are confidential, the objections of Gucati's defense are primarily to classify the documents that were delivered and their authenticity, but the ZPS will present evidence during the trial that will prove that the submitted materials were classified as confidential. Judges will hear evidence regarding parts of these documents that were shown to the media”, the prosecutor said.
But, from the protection of the accused, it has been said that Haradinaj's Gucati, except that those documents are confidential, the same have not known whether they are authentic.
Hysni Gucati's lawyer, Jonathan Elusan Rees, has said the SPS has not confirmed the classified status of documents.
The accused have made clear their attitude, they have not known that the nature of these documents was confidential or whether these documents were authentic or false, Mr. Gushati is not a lawyer, it is not a lawyer, and they should be seen and accepted as such so as comments by a person who is not a lawyer.
And Nasim Haradinaj's lawyer, Toby Cadman, has supported Gucati's defence stance.
Our position is similar to that of Mr. Rees, according to us the court will have to look at all those video recordings of all the press conferences, and all the comments made in the media, and they will do within a context. It's not enough for the court to examine in detail material only by transcripts, I have to look at them all within a context before making its own decisions” Cadman said.
Nasim Haradinaj's Hysni Gucati is accused of criminal acts against justice administration, obstructing official persons in performing official duties, fearing witnesses, revenge and violating the secret of the procedure.
This is the second trial preparation conference.
