The meeting between them has been held by closed doors, as has the leaders of other political parties.
While Prime Minister Rama is standing on a one-day visit to Kosovo, where Monday morning he was hosted by state ceremonies by Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti.
A joint conference of the two prime ministers has also been held after the meeting.
