Haradinaj in a brief interview for Metro has said that during his mandate he will create 50 commissions to monitor residential facilities.
The “we have to create if there is need over 50 commissions and in proportion to 24 months means that all objects that meet the conditions will have technical accession”, Haradinaj has said among other things.
The following is the interview:
Metro: You promised to close for two years the technical admission of over 400,000 residential objects? How will you accomplish that?
DH: The mayor of the municipality through the Urbanism Directorate can create the assessment commission under the law, and this can easily be realised, since these commissions are by field experts and not part of the administration. We have to create them if there is need over 50 commissions and in proportion to 24 months means that all objects that meet the conditions will have technical admission.
Metro: Does the Law Allow You?
DH: Yes, and that's why I'm giving you an example (See the following document) of former Urban director Libron Aliu who appointed the commission in 2015, but that no object has ever been completed or invited to date. Time of neglect and bureaucracy is over.
