In a comment made at '%Titterı after the agreement reached for license plates between Kosovo and Serbia, Yerenelli has voiced criticism over the coverage of diplomatic events by American journalists, especially referring to US non-proliferation within Kosovo-Serbia dialogue meetings.
The “Grazies in Washington continue to ignore this collapse in diplomacy and the American leadership. The people of the Balkans should not be ignored by Joe Biden and his team”, Grenelli wrote.
The US has given support to European Union chief negotiator Miroslav Lajcak in chairing negotiations between the parties.
Today, US Deputy Assistant Secretary of State Gabriel Escobar met with Lajcak shortly after the announcement of reaching the agreement. Regarding the meeting, Lajcak said that “is important” unification with the US in relation to actions on Kosovo-Serbia dialogue.
Lajcak has confirmed today that a license agreement has been reached between Kosovo and Serbia. Under the deal, Kosovo Police Special Unit forces stationed in Jarinje and Brnjak will leave simultaneously with roadblocks on the road, on October 2nd at 8:00 and all this withdrawal will be completed by 4: 00 p.m.
KFOR will be located in Jarinje and Brnjak before the synchronised evacuation starts and will remain for two weeks to keep the environment safe and free movement at the 2nd point of the agreement, from October 4th, 8:00th, comes into force the infectious letter regime with which the state elements will be covered in Kosovo's and Serbia's car plates. Now the 11 days leading to Brnjak Jarinje have been blocked by Serbs, disappointed with the reciprocity move imposed by the Kosovo government for plates. By September 20th, Serbia's license plates, when they have entered Kosovo, have had to take temporary RKS, while Serbia has been taking this practice for over 10 years now.
