He believes Serbia has been exhausted from past wars, even though more than 22 years have passed since the last war this country has fought, Periscope follows.
Fortunately, Tali says Kosovo is not interested in war.

There's no war because there's nobody with whom to fight.
Remove the propaganda and the blow Serbia uses, it is really not ready for a new war. The screams we've heard these last two days are dorks.
Even if Kfori was not present, Serbia is still exhausted from past wars.
Add to that the fact that today's Kosovo has nothing to do with Kosovo's 90s. It's completely another Kosovo with a much more sophisticated combat infrastructure than the 90. And then the fact that in case of need, we have the opportunity to buy weapons from various countries that have known us so far.
But anyway, we have a Kosovo completely uninterested for war.
So we have a tired Serbia and without the lady for war and a Kosovo not interested in war.
How, then, will there be war?
