Germany's Ambassador to Kosovo Jorn Rohde has reacted to the situation in northern Kosovo.
Rohde said the situation in the north should calm down.
“Situata in the north needs deespass. I call on both sides to talk to each other instead of blaming each other. Best way: Meet in Brussels to find a way out as soon as possible”.
The situation in Jarinje and Brnjak has also been discussed by German Foreign Ministry Director Susanne Schutz.
Schutz has said any provocation on Kosovo- Serbia must stop.
Any provocation on the border between Kosovo and Serbia should be halted. We call on both sides to break down and meet as soon as possible. Full support from the European Union Miroslav Lajcak, Josep Borrell”.
