Some police Blinda are on their way to the border points with Serbia to maintain order and implement that order.
This could cause confusion and unrest among Serb citizens of the northern Republic of Kosovo.
With the Brussels Free Movement Agreement, which was reached in July 2011 in technical dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia, it was determined that all owners of cars living in Kosovo should use HINA license plates KSH (Kosovo) or ʹ RKS) (Republishment of Kosovo) and thus remove plates that for Kosovo Serbs issued to Serbia's Ministry of Internal Affairs.
This year, the Kosovo Interior Ministry has announced that all KS plates will be removed from circulation, and the cars of the Republic of Kosovo will carry only RKS plates.
