“Dialog has three participants: Two main actors (Kosovo and Serbia) and a facilitator ( The EU)”, this source has said.
The meeting in Brussels between Kosovo and Serbian representatives comes after straining the situation in northern Kosovo following the establishment of reciprocity for Serb license plates on the part of Kosovo.
