Annie, why the situation remains tense in the north, Lucas Mandl, chief of the European Union's Election Monitoring Mission, stressed that elections will be monitored at every corner of Kosovo, even in the north.
“We will also observe the election campaign, but what is most important is that attention will be given to every country in Kosovo, including northern Kosovo”, he said.
Austrian Eurodeput, Mandl said this year's innovation in the process, as well as monitoring social networks in the campaign and on election day.
