The EU's announcement reportedly has called on both states to implement all past agreements.
“During today's negotiations, the EU's emissary took into account the concerns raised by the Belgrade side over the failure to implement the Association of Serb majority municipalities and the lack of a Kosovo Serb panel at the Court of Appeals in a last case”.
