According to him, negotiations continue to find a solution to the current crisis in northern Kosovo.

Meanwhile, about an hour ago, Besnik Bislimi from the Kosovo side has declared they have reached agreement on license plates with Serbia, which so far is neither confirmed by the Serbian side nor by the EU.
