These funds will support implementation of reforms in Kosovo, [...]
These funds will support implementation of reforms in Kosovo, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Serbia, Northern Macedonia and Turkey for the period 2021-2027.
The main goal of the IPA III is to help these countries adopt and implement political, institutional, judicial, administrative, social and economic reforms required to be
in line with Union values and progressively adapting to EU rules, standards and policies”, a European Parliament report said.
Similarly, the European Parliament has said that this fund can be changed or suspended if there is no respect for <x0-final values” of democracy, human rights and rule of law.
“As a result, accepting these funds from the IPA will become conditional on a country that respects these values”.
