The embassy's communiqué reportedly joined the European Union's response, calling on two states -- Kosovo and Serbia -- to refrain from further unilateral actions and reduce tensions immediately.
“We join the European Union, calling on Kosovo and Serbia to exercise restraint, refrain from further unilateral actions and reduce tensions-at once, without delay”, says the American Embassy's response.
