This Friday has continued the debate on American gas reportedly offered to Kosovo. In an answer from the American Embassy, there are reportedly no projects linked to the American government under consideration to bring American gas to Kosovo.
There is no project in connection with the American government to bring American gas to Kosovo. However, the Kosovo Government and the Millennium Finance Corporation are considering a proposed project as part of a series of proposals for a new compact that would help Kosovo connect to an existing natural gas transmission pipeline in northern Macedonia. Most of the funding, however, would come from EURZH and W funds BIF. Discussions are continuing whether the Government of Kosovo will support this proposal”, the American Embassy for Online Gazette “Reporter.net says.
