Election Man goes against campaign cuts: Give a good idea.

Ismet Kryeziu, the director of KDI, has given a very strange idea as to the issue of holding the campaign at this heavy era of pandemic. He has simply demanded a verbal guarantee from our political parties to respect IKKKPK's rules. In fact, our political parties had made a vow [...]
He has simply demanded a verbal guarantee from our political parties to respect IKKKPK's rules.
In fact, our political parties had also made such a commitment to the February 14th elections, Periscope follows. They had violated pandemic measures despite this being sanctioned by law. The parties were simply sentenced by authorities for some of their participation.
Kryeziu adds that cutting the campaign in five or ten days would have undesirable side effects.

The dedication of political parties and other responsible institutions to ensure an election campaign where IKSHP rules are respected would be the best solution to maintaining public health and equal election standards.
The cuts and concentration of the campaign in five or ten days will be able to produce the opposite effects on preserving public health. Parties and candidates will increase the number of activities within this deadline and, as a result, increase the number of citizens' participation that could, in turn, endanger much more public health.
Also, cutting the campaign would contribute to increasing inequality among candidates, so that one of the basic standards of free elections would be violated. Candidates who enter the race for the first time, especially those for municipal assemblies, will not reach their family in five days, nor will they know their candidacy and commitment. This will make the race uneven and favour candidates who are now elected to several mandates in municipal municipalities. For more, we will have competition among parties, but not among candidates.
