What is noted is that the cabinet consists of 12 women and only 4 men, bringing a highly satisfactory majority of women, for the first time in Albania's history.
Also, Gramoz Ruchi's seat as speaker of the Parliament will be occupied by another woman, Lindita Nicolaus, former minister of education.
