The Oregon Medical Board has removed a doctor's license and fined him $10,000 after the doctor has told patients that masks are ineffective and even dangerous to one's health. The board said earlier this month that Steven LaTullip “regularly” advised patients, especially children and the elderly that their deployment could exacerbate COPD, a chronic lung disease, or lead to heart attacks, strokes, lung collapses.
The board also said LaTullippe wrongly claimed that masks would likely harm people by making them reabsorbed carbon dioxide.
LaTullippe, who has filed a lawsuit against medical board officials, told The Washington Post on Thursday that the board had no evidence regarding what it said, in turn, was suspended from work.
He reiterated views on masks, and also said he would not vaccinate against the Coronobrus, reports Ora News.
