On Wednesday, Pristina and Belgrade have held talks with EU envoy for dialogue Miroslav Lajcak in an effort to find crisis solutions.
Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislimi said a draft agreement has been reached, but the Serb side has not yet given consent.
The EU has told Free Europe Radio that negotiations will continue on Thursday as well.
