Daut Haradinaj: In the first 6 months of governance over 46 thousand residential units to be equipped with technical admissions

Pristina chairman-in-law Daut Haradinaj has said that in the first six months of government from him in the capital, the technical accession of over 46 thousand residential units will be made.

Haradinaj has said the chairman can authorize Urbanism's director to create the Commission for verification of objects and their technical accession.

Under the Administrative Procedure Law, Article 13 is allowed to authorize the Mayor of Urbanism to establish the Commission and chairman of the Commission to verify the object and technical accession. If that object has not met the terms, the inspector who has allowed it to be built with permission should be prosecuted, and now after many years that object is failing to meet the” conditions, Daut Haradinaj said.

He added that there has been a lot of debate over the matter, but there has been no will to perform.

It's very simple, I'm saying this because there's been a lot of debate about whether or not he's right, whether he can or can't, whether he's done or not. So, if there's will, there can be 30 commissions, which within six months all these objects receive technical admission, only by will, and not by coffee, but by being in charge, otherwise changed and sanctioned.
