Cuba claims to have become the first country in the world to have started vaccinating children from two years of age or above COVIED-19, the disease caused by the coronary.
Cuba has begun to unify children of the 2-11 age group from September 6th, using self-made vaccines that are not recognised by the World Health Organization.
This decision has been made after Cuba has completed clinical trials of two vaccines in small children.
Cuba's vaccines are not analysed by international scientists.
Other countries in the world are also vaccinating children from the age of 12, and some are conducting trials in children of younger ages.
States like China, the United Arab Emirates and Venezuela have announced plans to vaccinate children younger than 12, but Cuba is the first to do so.
This communist island of 11.2 million people aims to unify all children before the reopening of schools.
The new school year has begun, but children continue to stay at home, following lessons from television programs and not from the Internet, since most families in this country have no access to it.
