Specialised Chambers Speaker Ekatarina Trendafilova has talked about the way Kosovo's Specialised Chambers Worked.

She has said that if there are sentences, they will suffer punishment outside Kosovo.

“These separate rooms are linked to each level of the judicial system in Kosovo, however, the rooms will operate according to their statute and according to their labour regulation, which is equivalent to the procedure code. They will be located in a third country and the Chambers will be more exclusively international staff, and there will only be reflecting on this exchange of letters, there will only be international judges, judges will be on the list, but even if there are sentences, they will be placed outside Kosovo”, she said.

Trandafilova has given a speech, the beginning of which was hampered by Social Democrat Party activists who entered the conference hall by rejecting her reporting.
