With pride and homesickness, he again wore the uniform he held in the Kosovo Protection Corps during the time he served as a colonel. Safet Syla is celebrating the 22nd anniversary of KPC's founding this way.
Syla, during the last war in Kosovo, was commander of the 50th General Staff Battalion, and with the things survived by the war he has built a small museum.
The KPC flag is the top spot on this ope.
The weapons and tools with which they have performed war - time services are carefully guarded.
The eye from the KPC breakup period even enjoys two medals from the NLA era.
He views September 19th as historic.
But despite these things have survived, Safet Syla has shown why the KLA has no archive.
