He has said that he is afraid of Kurt's election loss, naming it painful and paradoxical irony.
Colak has said that just a few months ago, the current ruling party organised public protests during the pandemic with the requirement for holding extraordinary elections, while now the same party seeks to postpone regular local elections due to the pandemic.
“Franks from losing to elections
What a painful and paradoxical irony! Just a few months ago, the current ruling party organised public protests during the pandemic in demand to hold extraordinary elections. Now the same party wants to postpone local regular elections due to the pandemic.
The pandemic was recently when the last parliamentary elections were held, with protests preceded LVV. Pandemie is still today when LVV attempting to use president and blackmail and manipulate I KSHPK and CEC are trying to postpone regular local elections at all costs.
All of us know the real reason for this requirement for delaying elections. Just fear of deep loss. Nothing else. Well, these may demand delaying elections and prolonging political agony, but the president and the CEC dare not surrender and destroy democracy in Kosovo. Even if they turn themselves in, citizens must punish all who wish to suspend their right to choose in accordance with Kosovo's law and Constitution.
Keeping regular local elections in accordance with the law and the constitution does not house this government due to the high death toll in the absence of pandemic management”, Colak wrote.
