Osman told Giacobe that Serbia is trying to destabilise the situation, which, according to her, is in the course of Russian-Serbian efforts to undo US, EU, and NATO achievements in Kosovo and the region.
The country's first decision by the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo to implement reciprocity with the license plate is legitimate, until it stressed that implementation of this move by Kosovo institutions is in full compliance with the agreement agreed on in Brussels, which has not been implemented on Serbia's part.
Osmani also made it clear that Kosovo at any moment is not meant to disrupt the situation.
She said the main commitment of the country's institutions is to maintain order and law, as well as to protect each citizen in Kosovo. Speaking of the dialogue process, Osmani confirmed that Kosovo remains committed to its continuation and reiterated the importance of equal treatment of the parties involved.
While Giacobe argued that for the US the sovereignty of the Republic of Kosovo is inconsistent, adding that dialogue is the right way to go on.
