In a media report, authorities clarified that in several segments of the road, for security reasons, there will be traffic jams and deviations, namely, at Rinas-New Unaza, Sacuk, Elbasan Road to the Palace of Brigades.
State police require understanding of vehicle executives avoid moving on these road segments, with the aim of not creating overloads in traffic between 9:00 and 1: 00 p.m. on September 14th, and using alternative routes to go to their destinations.
