Hotel and Tourism House Chairman Hysen Sogojevo says neither citizens nor businesses deserve to be fined for violating measures taken during the pandemic.

When he spoke of new measures, Sogojevo said that citizens should offer evidence of vaccination or negative test when they are at the locals so that even owners do not feel uncomfortable.
