During the police commitments in this case, through operational routes it has been managed to provide information that the suspects in question working of a former public enterprise, which has been privatised, are being asked and bribed by 50 euros, their former employees or family members, as if to hand over documents to the Kosovo Agency for Privatisation for application, to profit 20%, without prior authorisation.
One of the people arrested has also found the bank notes, which were precalculated, as a measure of simulation.
Suspects V.B. and R.C. They were interviewed in the presence of the defence attorney, assigned according to official duty, and with the State Prosecutor's decision to impose the detention measure for 48 hours.
