(5 years ago)On Thursday, the Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina has announced that he has detained four persons, 3 suspected of “due to official position or authority” and “Brit Taking”, as well as one for criminal work “Compiting bribes to the private sector”. Two of those arrested are Abdel Fazliu and Blerim Gerbeshi. The first officials at the Ministry of Interior, while the second official of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
In addition to Abdel and Gerbesh, under the arrested signal there are Yunus Hasani, suspected of taking bribes and Haki Haziri suspected of accepting bribes.
As the prosecution reports, three of the detainees are suspected to have committed criminal acts “due to the use of official position or authority” and “Brit Taking”. And the fourth person allegedly committed criminal work “accepting bribes in the private sector”.
They have been detained for 48 hours by the prosecutor.
