Borrell: To drop tensions in the north immediately, and fully respect obligations derived from dialogue

Through a statement, Borrell's office has called for the avoidance of any possible provocation after tensions arose in northern Kosovo.

“The EU and the Member States call on Kosovo and Serbia to respect and fully implement all their obligations stemming from the dialogue without any further delay”, Borrell has said.
