Bislimi: The idea for KLA archives is artificial, the possibility of Serbia destroying

Kosovo's Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration, Development and Dialogue, Besnik Bislimi, has called the idea for KLA archives artificial and established by Serbia. Second in executive Kurti, he considers the opening of Serbian archives crucial for finding people forcibly missing, even though he does not rule out the possibility that the neighbouring state [...]
Reporting to the Commission for Human Rights, Gender Equality, for Ungenerated Persons, Victims of Sex Violence and Petitions, Bislimi indicated that seven troops identified after excavations in Serbia's Kizhevac during this week could come to Kosovo.
The long-time missing “Process has been led by UNMIK and EULEX, they have had full access to these archives. There are cases that their 24-hour investigators have not left the archives and removed all employees. There's a document that hasn't been shown by internationals and that I know there's no classified secret documents. There is nothing on our side that could lead to information about missing persons. I think Serbia's demand to open these two in parallel has been to create an equality. He says we have committed crimes, we hide them, and you are hiding your crimes. We have seen this argument removed from the Serbian side as very important. To say that there is nothing on one side and to say that the only archives that need to be opened are Serbia's state archives. I repeat it on no occasion and no circumstances have been spoken and agreed on about the KLA archives, which there is no evidence that turns on... Serbia's idea to say that the two appeals are hiding, and since the Kosovo side is not opening them, so are we. We had to break this myth and say there's only one party hiding information, the other side has all the archives open. The idea for KLA archives in Kosovo is the artificial idea set up by Serbia to justify keeping their secret information”, he stressed.
However, Bislimi hopes that with the opening of Serbia's state archives, information will be found that determines the location of the mass cemetery.
We believe and hope that there will be information that determines the location of the mass cemetery. There are also 1632 found persons, most are believed to be on Serbia's territory. Since everything has been organised by Serbian military and police logistics is expected to be stored in Serbian state archives. It does not rule out the possibility that Serbia already destroyed these archives. But I think it's easy for international investigators to identify such disasters and build lines with side information. But it's important for us not to have official obstacles. But as long as Serbia insists that its archives remain closed, we have the right and the reason to doubt that there are valid information”, he said.
MPs, deputy prime minister also told them about the performance of troops found in Kizevac, Serbia
Serbian “Pala has announced that the Institute of Legal Medicine in Belgrade has managed to identify seven bodies. At the same time, I have access to information that two bodies of Serbian citizens have been identified in the Pristina monk. We've been looking for modalities in exchange for these bodies. The Serbian side has had reservations since it thought that at the exchange ceremony it should be present Mr. Odreovic, about what we've disputed and said this is not a ceremony first, but for us it's important that families take their family bodies. Consequently, there is no need for anyone to be present, we have agreed that Mr Petokovic will receive approval of his superiors as soon as possible. We believe this could happen this week”, Bislim said.
For Veljko Ollarovich's opposition to delegation meetings, Bislimi said the EU has seemed new to them, as earlier from Kosovo there have been no such concerns. However, he added, the dialogue mediator has been told it is difficult to leave the Serbian delegation, after the issue has been made public.
Until the moment we have raised the problem of representing the Serb side by Mr. Ordalovic has very little information from the EU itself about his past. For example, Mr Lajcak has not even been informed that Odreovovic has been on the EU's list of forbidden to enter the EU. He has not been informed of the post he has made in Kosovo during 1997-1999, nor of investigations that have been made to him for his eventual involvement in crimes. All of this has been innovation, his argument has been why these concerns were not raised earlier by the Kosovar side, but now all of a sudden the point that we've been told is that it's a little hard to leave, since the matter has been made public, as if it hadn't been and the demand had just gone inside, then it would have been easier. But the argument is not valid because the Serbian president himself has made this request” public, he stressed.
In this report by Deputy Prime Minister Bislimi active in question were members of the Commission, among them Vetevendosje Movement MP Vasfije Krasniqi asked Bisli when they plan to discuss the Serbian side with victims of sexual violence.
“In my knowledge it was never spoken in conversations with Serbia about victims of sexual violence. Do you plan on being at the negotiating tables and looking for justice for Serbia to turn criminals into Kosovo to be sentenced”, she asked.
The same, according to the deputy prime minister, will be discussed under the final agreement.
We have not discussed this since we think this is part of that framework that we should agree there can be no general agreement without even addressing this” theme, Bislim responded.
At the beginning of September, over two days, the Kosovo delegation, led by Deputy Prime Minister Bislim, has discussed in Brussels with the Serbian side of the forcibly missing persons.
